Thatcham
A complete new build. This large 3
bedroom timber framed house was built from
scratch. The land was used from the property
purchased next door and this property was also
re-developed.
We fitted some interesting features to this
property including integrated vacuuming system -
no need for a Hoover. |

Newtown Rd in Newbury
A very spacious period property that had
underwent extensive refurbishment.
An original garage and bedroom extension to the
left of the property was pulled down to create a
driveway for access to a new build house at the
back of the property.

We erected a two storey extension at the back of
the property, added a small conservatory and a
detached double garage. The garden was
landscaped and decked across the back.

beautiful kitchen, lovely garden and detached

Hungerford, Berkshire
A old 2 bedroom flint cottage that proved to be
quite a challenge. The plan was to add a 2
storey extension, that incorporated a lounge and
dining room, plus 2 double bedrooms and a
bathroom.
As you can see this was completed using flint to
match the existing property and keep in with the
local surroundings. A porch was added to the
front and en-suite to the master bedroom.
